Size: Large Special Power: Burn Height: 10 ft. 6 in. (3.20 m) Weight: 1,550 lbs. (703 kg) Used by: Dante Vale First Appeared: Huntik Episode 7 Ignatius is like lava. When he is burning at his hottest, he is almost too bright to look at. Ignatius Titan’s special power is burn. The idea for this Titan was born while the designers were thinking about a stocky creature made completely of molten rock so hot that he actually glows orange and red through his cooler black stone shell. Ignatius is not an aggressive or deliberately dangerous Titan, so it has been given him a rounder, softer overall look. Ignatius' name comes from the word ignite, which means "to set on fire". Dante found Ignatius on an expedition to a volcano in Chile. He's probably one of the most powerful easy-to-find Titans out there. After learning how to control Caliban, Ignatius was fairly easy for Dante to control. Every now and then his power surges and he sets something on fire, but he does what Dante tells Ignatius to do. But Dante has seen other Seekers have trouble, set a whole building on fire, taking three water Titans to put it out. Ignatious especially came in handy when our heroes were dealing with those Ice Creatures in Iceland in Huntik Episode 7: The Legacy of Thor. Ignatious is a good workhorse Titan... easily able to take out a Mindrone or Redcap, maybe even two, a little outclassed by Breaker or Kreutalk. When Ignatius uses his burn special power he's even tougher. To use his Burn ability in a fight to push your tactical advantage if you have it, you have to do this before the fight. It does take a little while for Ignatius to charge up. Basically he can't do it if he's already in a battle. When used, Ignatius' Burn ability temporarily raises him to ATK 6 DEF 6. |
