Richard Michael Epcar is an American voice actor for many dubbed anime series, including Robotech, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. 2nd GIG, and most recently Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. One of his known aliases is Richard George. He is the husband of voice actress Ellyn Stern, with whom he owns and operates Epcar Entertainment, Inc., a voiceover production service company based in Los Angeles, California. Richard Epcar is voicing Grier in HUNTIK TV Show.
Richard Epcar is one of the only English-speaking voice actors and to voice the same character of all of the Xenosaga video game series. Richard was the only voice actor to provide the English voice of Ziggy in the series.
He is also well-known for some of his past work in various Saban action shows. Some of his best-known roles from that era include the voice of Lightningborg in Beetleborgs Metallix, Barbarax in Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy, and Colonel Icebot in VR Troopers. He has also voiced many minor characters in the Power Rangers franchise until it moved to New Zealand after the Wild Force season.
Richard also appears with his wife in an episode of the TLC series Clean Sweep, in which he must deal with a lifetime's worth of collectible James Bond memorabilia.
Currently best known for his voice work as Bato in the English-language dubs of Kokaku kidotai (1995) and "Kokaku kidotai: Stand Alone Complex" (2002), as well as the video-game versions of the English-language dubbed Ghost in the Shell series.
Richard Epcar now owns and operates the Los Angeles based voice production company, "Epcar Entertainment, Inc." along with his wife Ellyn Stern.

Huntik is an Italian animated TV series created by Iginio Straffi of Rainbow S.p.A., as a co-production with Big Bocca Productions (an Irish entertainment production and licensing company owned by Richard McWilliam, CEO and owner of The Upper Deck Company, LLC and Rainbow S.p.A.).
Huntik made its debut at the MIPCOM show in Cannes, and premiered January 3, 2009 in the U.S. on The CW4Kids. Created and directed by legendary Italian animator Iginio Straffi (who also created The Winx Club and Monster Allergies), Huntik was awarded as best cartoon for entertainment and business opportunities at MIPJunior, a leading international exhibition dedicated to children's tv programmes.
Huntik TV series was broadcast in Italy on Rai 2 and in foreign channels including the The CW4Kids (United States), Disney XD -previously Jetix- (UK & Ireland), MTV3 (Finland), Rede Record (Brazil), Jetix / Disney XD (Netherlands), Childern Channel (Israel), RTL II (Germany), ZAZ (Mexico), Network Ten (Australia), TV Tokyo (Japan), South Africa, Singapore, Greece, Austria, Portugal and the Philippines.
